well I am working in Regen Powertech overall 5 yrs, its really good experience for my career growth, as a team atmosphere really inspired a lot, training section being conducted frequently which really helpful for me.salary/Appraisal also as per time being recognize the management and giving me appreciation letter which meant a lot for me. They have failed to determine the real contributor. Favoritism. MD is not considered the person who was from the first day .. This company is going down because, it has lost its founding members. we have given our blood to this organization. The company still not realized the importance of employees. MD has to take a conscious call instead of depending on HR & Admin. The company has taken few wrong decision during the former Admin head regime by removing few valuable, good contributor and well wishers....Read More

One of the worst company I worked with. No increments , Every year man power reduction without prior notice in the name of loss. A complete Management failure .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
