The Management was totally one sided, they support inefficient employees, they prefer based on the the revenue they extract not on their efficiency, they dont follow any good HR practices so now company is under NCLT.

Worst Management & HR policies They sack/retrench employees every year Company is out of business & generates only by O&M services No projects Very poor work-life balance Bias & favoritism No superior support for daily tasks Need to do multitasking work Low salary & payment made only every 2 months Poor salary, compensation & employee relations Free food provided but later stopped due to the financial crisis of the company Worst housekeeping----one can find small insects & cockroaches everywhere in workstation, rest-rooms not cleaned properly due to the absence of H/K staff & non-payment of salary. No hospitality & unhygienic place of work. Finance people dominates other teams & has no respect. Please don't work or join this company & ruin for career..........................Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
