Only thing i like about Regalo kitchen is that I they teach to work under extreme conditions you will became a cockroach and survive everywhere.

No room for your opinion Very strict and baseless rules and they make you follow them as if you are working for CIA , and on their own end they don't follow any thing. Being late is death to you and If u miss office then is a sayonara. You can just think that how can an exam, marriage,or function can be delayed only just my company don't gave me leave 😂😂😂 You are important if are alone at a branch and they don't have any employee to be sent to work along with you, and asa they find any one then your start counting backwards. No leave of festival no fixed time for lunch, no fixed or maximum amt of work to be done in day. Only one thing is fixed ie arrival at office . They don't know. What is hike, promotion, appraisal abhi nahi to ho payega Let me talk Mai dekhta hu Ek kaam kro Aisa kr do fir mai baat krta hu Blah blah blah Your job for even an hour is not fixed asa they find anyone they will shoot you No matter how much your have worked for them or whats your experience is or how better you are familiar to the situation and conditions of specific branch or location.
