Dislikes
Sometimes, work goes more than the working hours. They force to do Overtime. Meetings- almost an hour, They mark 'work off'. But, they say to log in half an hour before. If we ask 'why?', they say, we have to be flexible. Then, what is the purpose of the schedule? Even during the work-off, they mistakingly say to log in without referring to the schedule.
Work Details
Really stressful. We might not be able to take breaks. They say to take a break after the chat flow gets less.
