You are not going to gain any knowledge or skills, appraisal is worse - only 7 percentage, don't expect incentives, they will force you to do OT whenever needed and call it as mandatory OT, Manager is the decision maker here, HR is useless, NEVER EXPECT PROMOTION OR JOB SECURITY from this company.
