Based on my experience and current role (PFA image), what is a fair salary expectation as per industry standards for a professional in the UCaaS/CCaaS sector? 2. What are the prospects for career growth and promotions in this industry? 3. Should I consider moving into roles like UC Specialist, Voice Engineer, or VOIP Engineer, or should I focus exclusively on Presales/Solution Architect positions (PFA image)? 4. Very Less Appraisal- I am associated with organisation since 10 years but the salary package yet not good even every QTR I have done over achieved my target. Now although new employee are joining higher package but who has given his life precious time more than 5-10 years they are still very less salary. Why company does not set a Standard format of appraisal? Some employees who is buttering & very close of his reporting manager they are getting every year good appraisal.
