Seeking Practical Advice on Career Growth in UCaaS/CCaaS Industry
I have a few questions and would appreciate your valuable advice:
1. Based on my experience and current role (PFA image), what is a fair salary expectation as per industry standards for a professional in the UCaaS/CCaaS sector?
2. What are the prospects for career growth and promotions in this industry?
3. Should I consider moving into roles like UC Specialist, Voice Engineer, or VOIP Engineer, or should I focus exclusively on Presales/Solution Architect positions (PFA image)?
4. Beyond UC, CC, UCaaS, and CCaaS, what additional skills or certifications can I pursue to widen my job opportunities while still leveraging my existing expertise?
I’m also curious if the job market is currently down or if there are specific challenges in finding roles related to Avaya and similar technologies. Any insights or suggestions would mean a lot, as I’m feeling quite frustrated with the job search process.
