Inequality. Senior employees are special and new joiners are treated differently. Bad language is used in office premises.. Abusive managers.. Most of managers misuse authority. BM gets his personal work done using new joiners.. Only favorite guys get good appraisals. Over all discrimnatory and Biased culture. Business team bully the sales team... Unethical behavior.
