I open my laptop at 9.30 sharp and working aggressively till 8,9pm or sometimes on month end it's 11 also I don't get extra paid for my extra time infact the office politics is really bad and frustrating

HR policies is nice but HR doesn't have enough power so much of politics

Job security is there, Good name in the market, u can make good connections with ur good work, once in a year domestic trip and also once in a year SBU foreign trips. U will hv good memories.

Dislikes

Especially old employees r sneaky, need to be careful with them they r good face but will behave different at the back.
