Working culture was always very good in Redington. I just didn't liked the offer they have given the marketing coordinator to move Chennai on same package to work in Redserve... I mean I had given 10 years of my life to this company & instead to giving me appreciation against it, I have been left with no other option to leave .y job.. As company should understand that the person who is living in North region won't move to entirely different location without handsome salary hike...Read More

Work timing before covid was normal...but after covid & facility of working from home, there was no fix working hours... Even company used to close on Saturdays but we have been asked to work on every Saturday as well
