Good channel network. Getting a chance to provide solutions from Global brands such as Veritas, Trellix, IBM, Redhat etc, timely appraisal and incentive given. Management is much more focused on employee growth and performance. Great exposure to work on different verticals such as Product Manager, Pre-sales Good organization to work on for channel sales only.

due to the attendance policy, work timing depends on your work. Lots of work to do even on weekends off. If someone is committed to working harder without going to home, they can join the organization.
