Redington is like a government company. Your job is secured. The benifits are good. Salary is on time. We have the weekends off.

Dislikes

The politics is here like any other corporate. The growth is very slow. Salary on par with others is a bit low. The GM from Chennai is a good guy, but definitely has anger issues. U can learn all hindi cuss words from him.

Life at Redington is very different than I expected. It has its own pros and cons. It's a good place to learn and work for freshers.
