As a startup budget approvals are based on quality of proposal and outcome in terms of value to customers and amount spent. Since the proposals didnt make it through review committee mostly, multiple revisions and discussions didnt end up in executable strategies, employment was disengaged. I was hired for UI / UX, and very conveniently moved to graphic designing without asking or discussing. After this, the founders and social media person expected me to give multiple variations of multiple designs, as soon as they asked for it. They do not understand how creative process works, and are very rude people. I regret that I joined this company.
