Beware, there is no SOP in the organization. You will be told to anything at any moment. And you have to do it anyhow, by hook or crook, its their motto. Job is not secure at all. Not taking anyone's name, but all the upper management is just a mess. There is neither a proper joining policy nor leaving policy. There is just chaos inthe organization, everyone is just pin pointing each other. Ground level team is suffering the most. It's not done with me only while many employees are suffering from this thing Management is very poor.
