No work life balance, no structure in the tech team, no job security. No appreciation for the work you do. Overall no culture at all. No proper planning on the product they are building, no proper process. Company has no roadmap.

Emergency services is essential and live saving. It makes me feel that I am contributing to the society in a way. Salary is needed as well.

It's a very small company. There is no product to sell except the ambulance services. The state head doesn't have enough human resources owing to cost control but everything is expected out of one person be it growth in terms of scaling up the existing business and through new account addition. Collections need to be followed up anddone,marketing activities need to be done. Basically one person can get highly over worked with all the tension around....Read More
