One challenge is working with the Red.Health Ground sales team is the high pressure nature of meeting sales targets especially when targets are set without prior discussion with the ground team or their superiors.

Emergency services is essential and live saving. It makes me feel that I am contributing to the society in a way. Salary is needed as well.

It's a very small company. There is no product to sell except the ambulance services. The state head doesn't have enough human resources owing to cost control but everything is expected out of one person be it growth in terms of scaling up the existing business and through new account addition.
