Though it's is central government institution,the local political leaders (chairperson) affecting it's functionality,no career growth, outsourcing the facilities,like blood bank, sonography unit,eye department and dental wing for their personal benefits

No job security,no transparency in charges , outsourcing essential facilities for personal benefits

in 2014 they outsource the dental wing,and decreased the salary,so I quit the job
