Poor infrastructure hygiene practices mostly visiting doctors a sarkari babus panel runs form HO .Employees are always on contract and misbehaved with .Salaries too lows . Nightmare to work here .Very bad politics and corruption.A great brand name is being abused.Avoid it specially young people wan to learn and make career

Though it's is central government institution,the local political leaders (chairperson) affecting it's functionality,no career growth, outsourcing the facilities,like blood bank, sonography unit,eye department and dental wing for their personal benefits
