Everything is below average.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

There is a lot to dislike. Disgusting travel policies they won't provide stay and travel desk ask arrange yourself and there is no reimbursement if you arrange hotel yourself. You expected to travel by sleeper class even on long distance travel.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are not fair and they don't give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is politics and I think one will have to tolerate this anywhere in any company. Salary is not as profile and career growth is slow.

The company was good, company facilities was good. As the asst Designr at red chief it was challenging for me but I expect all the challenges and done very carefuly. I get learn lots of things related from my field as Designr.
