Sometimes managers stop listening the situation of market and force to do at anycost and denied to act on that situation, and make employee uncomfortable and force to do that work without listening the problems. Don't give any solution to that issues.

It's completely biased, very good hikes and promotions to their favorite people, rest of them has to try their luck for next year. No matter how much you work ethically but all hikes and promotions are completely unethical. As said everything begins from the time of recruiting itself, everyone plays their role nicely and equally to ditch employees.
