It's completely biased, very good hikes and promotions to their favorite people, rest of them has to try their luck for next year. No matter how much you work ethically but all hikes and promotions are completely unethical. As said everything begins from the time of recruiting itself, everyone plays their role nicely and equally to ditch employees.

Reckitt is good brand to work with it if you want a work and personal life balance. increment is and average side, they give you as much so you don't left the job but on the other hand you will not happy with it at the same time.

not as much to dislike but if you think you can get a premonition with the entry level position you are wrong peoples are setting on the same chair for 5 to 7 years with the entry level position and there on movement for them .
