Without any prior notice or communication, my account and job ID were deleted, which left me unable to access my work-related resources. I was not provided with any explanation or clarification about the reasons behind this sudden action, which has caused considerable confusion and distress. The lack of transparency and professionalism in this matter has greatly impacted my perception of the company’s work culture. I strongly believe that clear communication is essential, especially when handling sensitive matters such as account and job ID management. Work culture, work to be done in unpaid hours plus unnecessary working over underived tools. Plus no agents get help over mental health. Personal comments over personal life. No recognition from client and client over empowering nature even after multiple feedback.
