Without any prior notice or communication, my account and job ID were deleted, which left me unable to access my work-related resources. I was not provided with any explanation or clarification about the reasons behind this sudden action, which has caused considerable confusion and distress. The lack of transparency and professionalism in this matter has greatly impacted my perception of the company’s work culture. I strongly believe that clear communication is essential, especially when handling sensitive matters such as account and job ID management. Mangers and AGM have no manners to talk with supervisors and advisors. Ther never giving salary on time, they are working with only 2 TLs on 120 advisors, supervisors are working 12/13 hrs shift.
