Today everyone is running after work-life balance and is trying to strive hard to manage the same. The list of likes is too long from my side. But I would say, the FOP Policy of the company for female employees to take them paid leaves during periods is great. There are times when its quite difficult for female employees to work during those days when you have a stomach ache. I think it speaks volumes about the work culture here and gives immense satisfaction to be treated at par with other gender. A bog YES from my side to the company for the work-life balance it offers. No dislikes as such. Just a suggestion that just like the company has set an example of giving paid leaves to female employees during periods, the company should also lead in helping the female employees break the glass ceiling in the corporate world.

I LIKE THE WAY THINGS ARE PLANNED AND EXECUTE . THE SALES MEETING ARE CLEAR WITH A TRANSPARENT MESSAGE . THE TARGET ARE INSPIRING BUT NOT IMPRACTICAL AS IN OTHER PLACES. EVEN SALES STRATYEGIES ARE COMPREHENSIVE WITH DIFFERENT USP'S GIVEN TO US . LASTLY , THE PAY AND INCENTIVES ARE GOOD. LAST MONTH MY SALARY ALMOST DOUBLE OF WHAT I GET DUE TO INCENTIVES . i like the leave policy of the company . There are various paid leaves which we can avail during a month . The Policy for women is specially encouraging as it allows WFH during the periods. That is a great way to express concern for employees based on specific needs
