I enjoy the working environment here. There is creative and positivity on the floor . I enjoy modus operandi here . The company gives us paid leaves . The perk and benefits are alluring too. I really like the work life balance here. I get enough time to spend with my family . There is complusion to work from home after working hours . The 9 hour shift here means just 9 hours only .

It management is very effective. Employee basic and specific needs are are taken care of so the employee can focused on productivity.i had issue with screen size as I am used to work on a larger laptop. I raised the concern and in 3 days my ThinkPad was changed to dell. Our team request to Bluetooth speaker to join in on team voice call and that too was delivered. I personally enjoy the food voucher given by the company. I save a lot with these food vouchers as I stay in pg and have cook the meal myself. What's interesting is that sometimes my salary is credited one day before the next month's start . This absolves me of unnecessary budget tension and I manage my finances and pay room rent Hassel free .
