As an ambitious person I have to accomplish many things in my life before I am finally settled and therefore, the career opportunities the company is providing is a cherry on the top.

As such nothing. I only focus on my growth and whenever I feel lost and some weird stuff or I am confused so I follow to approach to my management so as to come on a final conclusion.

If you want to spoil your career please join this company then only else better you sit idle at home They will try to trap you while you are in training by offering you lunch/snakes and treating you like a guest

They find reasons to deduct salary They will define procedures and wait for you to make mistake They abuse and insult ignoring the fact it’s a female employee or male. I have an experience of more than 20 in the same field. It is my 6th company in my career. Believe it or not. The work environment here is quite conducive for my self development. The opportunities to learn and grow here are quiet impressive. This gives me job satisfaction and sense of pride as well. Apart from the salary the perks of being an employee here are great too. I personally, like the food vouchers given by the company to be very valuable (the foodie in me feels like a king because of it.) I personally find the work culture of the company very enthusiastic and refreshing before entering the corporate world I was quite concerned about the work pressure and the constant need to be on the edge. Stories of monotonous work in the corporate used to terrify me but this company has completely changed the perception of mine. Ienjoy the work here and the work culture. Even during the lockdown, when the market experienced slowdowns and stories of mass layoffs by the companies were doing the rounds, the company stood by the employees. I don't have any dislikes about the company. Although a suggestion about parking, we should get a parking facility on basement 1 itself, parking in basement 2 takes more time.
