I have an experience of more than 20 in the same field. It is my 6th company in my career. Believe it or not. The work environment here is quite conducive for my self development. The opportunities to learn and grow here are quiet impressive. This gives me job satisfaction and sense of pride as well. Apart from the salary the perks of being an employee here are great too. I personally, like the food vouchers given by the company to be very valuable (the foodie in me feels like a king because of it.) The company policies allowing us to WFH twice a month as per our needs without any deduction is a sure-shot in job satisfaction. It gives me a perfect work life balance....Read More
