1. You can learn something new in design. 2. Indian people support.

Dislikes

1. Chinese head of every team, who never value you as indian origin. 2. Lack of Respect in oganisation between chinese culture. 3.They don't allow to take leave, whether you are sick. They don't care. 4.No way to get promotion, you will be at 1 stage of designation all time. There is no big position for indians. 5.Bad management all areas. Over all I never feel any indian have liberty to do anything in company....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
