It has good culture, we have lot of Holidays . No salary deduction for leaves, WFH is approved it only a problem if they feel you are lying. It has challenging work, no maintenance work, it pure development. Has hectic work schedule though. overall its good people are co-operative and helpful

The worst company in Pune if you are fresher please don't join this company not any of the single things to like in this company. Politics and favoritism are on a different level, yes every corporate company has political things but in this organization, there is no limit to politics and the worst thing is The boss. My manager, who was also the CEO, Sachin Shinde, contributed significantly to a mentally distracting work environment.
