Likes

Working in Lakshmi food and co ordination with ITC is challenging. Team mates are managable except few. Leaning up todate technology is avereage.work enviormental is normel but some time very difficult.innovative things are required in process admin which i am doing well. Managing labour issues are more but i am solving.

Policy decisions are difficult. ITC system is more complicated and slow.Kajshmi food management policies are also difficult.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
