There is noting to Like in This organization. Higher managements don't have any idea about how run organization.

Dislikes

1. Manger is not having any manger qualities, Mangers are very cunning and They dont proper project plan even many daily stand calls, i have observed my manger Kevin is always in sleepy mood while talking in Morning standup 2. Company not have any standard its gambling company, 3.All higher managements(Mangers/ Business operation team) making fools to CEO, CEO begiving this higher managements doing good Job, but they sucking just money not work 4. Even if your not getting job for 2 months tats fine, but dont join this organization, if you join Your going to regrate life long. 5. There is no proper organization structure Managers are more then working employs . 6. My Manger Kevin is Kind of person like politically member, he will raise hand based on majority and he never took self decision in Project ----------------------------------------------------<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> About salary </mark> 1.
