Working with Hafeez contractor is great opportunity. Here we do a lot of large scale project comparatively in shorter period. The company has supported nicely it's staff during covid pandemic

Dislikes

We used to work on holidays & sundays when it is required. The company has not considered the full 30 paid leaves. They should have consider this in pandemic period.

nothing ....terrible working hours... no knowledge of how the project is executed . Simple the associates hands over the project to you without explaining the requirements of the client

Dislikes

no working hours fixed . all days same more than 12hrs a day shiftt. the seniors themselves come late to office by 12 sometimes some associates come by 3 and then the actual work starts after 3 pm in the afternoon . no pantry service to the workers sitting late or overnight for the work . very less pay scale . lesser than the market value .

No work life balance. Poor treatment of employees and very political environment. Environment of office and attitude of immediate managers is extremely bad.
