It’s a good and systematic company. This plant directly monitor by MD and review each problem. So, every problem resolves on fast. They spend money for good things , not for waste things.

If you are joining from reputed company, I suggest to stay back. This company looks only people from out of industry so that their so called seniors can prolong their job with your cost. They are good in troubling Employees through improper handling.

Dislikes

The responsibility not defined. People try to please top management for favours. No value for their own decisions they change overnight. Seniors poke into your work unnecessarily. Employ non compitent people.

Work Details

Performance do not count. There is no proper evaluation system. Leave your ego and work. Seniors are irritating and not qualified. Take your risk. Stop gap Company if you do not have any job! Good LUCK!
