Top Management -Founder family is extremely caring and kind hearted. They are trying very hard to make this company a top cement company of the country... and the pace is good but good Corporate governance practices, professional working culture and processes for recruitments, appraisals still need to improved.

No set policy framework in regard organization framework within a function and department, No Standard set JDs, KRA upto Mid level employees, Appraisals process is mostly done on paper by HOD itself, without proper interview, assessments at several points against the the defined process. Despite of great or poor show, FHs/HODs can assign you any rating as per their individual wishes without any interview or assessment and nobody questions them.. HR dont check, see, enquire or question the correctness of appraisals by HODs or bother whether appraisal forms were seen or filled by employee or discussed with Employee or not. Complete monopoly of Functional Heads /HODs.. who like to carry/recruit their own staff brought with them while joining and give them important positions, heavy pay packages and discreminate much valuable existing staff. Lack of Corporate Governance practices i.e. Internal Controls/ Checks /Audit adds no fear among FHs/HODs to conduct as they desire. No body to question them....Read More
