Higher management is very approachable and helpful. Being a small organization you will feel like you are in a family where you can easily get highlighted even by doing small small good things. As transactions volume and operational works are comparatively less, you will get ample time to learn new things.

Dislikes

There are many things where process is either silent or there is no envisaged process at all. Consequently there is lack of uniformity among branches as far as compliance of process is concerned

Dislikes

Company's compensation policy, leave policy, work life balance is not good.. Adequate man power should be deployed in respect departments.
