Great culture and people. Core engineering teams provide a lot of opportunities to learn new stuff. The internal hackathons are great too.

Business engineering teams have terrible work culture and work life balance. They are service based teams hidden within a product based company.

The seniors treat their juniors as some labrats and make them work 24*7 365 days. The manager calls the employees on holidays, and is extremely biased. As an employee there even the team leads are so immature especially the female lead(initial A) and always makes sure to be biased with her favorite employees or colleagues. There's no growth. Money is peanuts. And the senior manager threatens the employees to leave the company whenever anyone speaks up about the work culture. Worst company.. woked on the POS side of business. I left the company because of the bad behaviour of my HOD. No Interdepartmental coordination. POS side of business has no culture. Even there is hardly any provision for proper Induction Training. They will feed everything in just one day. No training budget for the POS side of business.
