Work environment, all employees are cooperative & supportive to grow next level. Understand problems & giving opportunity to come forward.

Many times I have not appreciated even I'm settled major issues & many times credit took my seniors even i have done any major task.

Statutory Complinces, contract management,dealing with government authorities, welfare activities, disciplinary actions, payroll, union activity, political management, I'm implemented compliences & disciplinary action system.

The colleagues are good. Kolhapur location is good.

Dislikes

Poor pay masters. Low on developing people. No ethics as per legal compliance are concerned. Contract labour and trainees exploited. Union rules the org. Very rigid and partial management. Worst org. to work for.

Work Details

Worst memories at this place. I was never appreciated for my work and contribution for the org. Management takes very strange decisions about your career without asking you.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
