Only Pro is that the Organization name is associated with Raymond Limited Group, you will be feel that you are associated with the prestigious Raymond grp that is the only pro but the RCCL doesn't have any qualities of Raymond group.
my firms name was J K Helen Curtis Limited now it is renamed as Raymond Consumer Care Ltd.
if you are thinking of joining then ask for huge hike because they will give you the hike but will not give a penny to their loyal long term employee. take the hike work for one year, find new job....Read More
