They give which is the least amount to be given to the person. For ex xyz company gives 4.25Lpa to GET here they will get 3.2Lpa. Holidays have sandwich rule which costs holidays to be used less and they keep on insisting to end EL which is not possible due to work cuz they wont allow in first quarter and during ear end everyone wants holiday so its an issue....Read More
