How I wish I could give rating in minus. Job security is none at all. You could be kicked out any given time, you will be literally forced to resign. There is only work, even if you try to balance it out you will not be able to. Sometimes you will end up working 18 hrs, it’s a frequent pattern. There is no culture here, you got to be good at spooning, you got be a real good sycophant. Only then you could may be carve your way.
