No skills required, If you have a talent of spoon feeding and bucket keeper then you can survive for decades, No matter what you have no matter what you are... They will approach you to resign if anything went wrong from your end (Doesn't matter anything about your role and responsibilities) Even no one have their own role and responsibilities. If HR head ordered to work as a sweeper you need to sweep that's it.. if you don't wish to sweep then he will call the meeting for all and indirectly he will say to resign. It's a very old company with a legacy management. At my time we were the new batch of GETs which were considered as future management leaders and we were groomed for this. Lots of learning opportunities! Good work life balance.

Raymond as a place to work is great for the ones who are local or have family where they are working. Food quality, bus service and timings are so well managed which is achieved after years of hard-work and descipline.

Salary is the major issue. When the brand competes with other brands in terms of being bigger one, should also provide salary on the same fundamental. They give which is the least amount to be given to the person. For ex xyz company gives 4.25Lpa to GET here they will get 3.2Lpa. Holidays have sandwich rule which costs holidays to be used less and they keep on insisting to end EL which is not possible due to work cuz they wont allow in first quarter and during ear end everyone wants holiday so its an issue....Read More

No infrastructure it's like if I m a ethnic wear design head i need a master a khakha person a embroidery person so there is nothing like this and if we talk about groth people don't get even 5% groth in a year few people get 2 to 3 percent.
