No skills required, If you have a talent of spoon feeding and bucket keeper then you can survive for decades, No matter what you have no matter what you are... They will approach you to resign if anything went wrong from your end (Doesn't matter anything about your role and responsibilities) Even no one have their own role and responsibilities.
