Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Lacking management support, fixed or mind set of team with non cooperative stand.

Work Details

Good lots of work to do, can keep you busy 26 hrs out of 24hrs. Finance very very poor, equipments are out dated, many needs replacement, to make process economical. Effluent discharge pipeline initially layed is only eye wash, redone up to 8 kms. Only.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
