Would also like to highlight that Phreesia and Rayden are strategic partners with a deep-rooted relationship. The two companies are aligned on business outcomes and actively work together towards the shared goal of improving the U.S. healthcare experience for patients, providers, payers and life sciences companies. Phreesia and Rayden team members collaborate at every level, including strategizing and involvement in leadership discussions, managing client relationships and implementations, and creating new products. However, we take your feedback seriously and will address any areas of improvement internally.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that excessive work pressure can be challenging, especially for new joiners, as they navigate the ins and outs of our organization. We have therefore set-up a detailed training program and a buddy system for every new joinee to provide them with the necessary support and the resources to succeed at Rayden. We are constantly evaluating and refining our training and on-boarding process, and your comment helps us identify exactly where we need to focus our efforts.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that our efforts to create a supportive employee-centric environment have not reached you the way we would want to. We genuinely value our employees and many of our initiatives are put in place with the same intention in mind - be it DEAL time (one hour every week to Drop Everything And Learn), Rayden Learning Café, or Summer Fridays (half days off on every Friday during summer). However, we take your feedback seriously and will address any areas of improvement internally.
