Our Managing Director is good. But our office staff is very worst. And our security's they not allowing office 😒 they treat same like animal

Salary not credit proper time..3 to 6 months pending and final settlement amount around 300 employees not get until. Not proper management..etc...

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
