Nothing is good at Ray & Ray.

1) There was no any chance to develop your professional skills. 2) There was no any corporate culture and whole business had become family centric. 3) They still had not cleared my Last Month Salary and Experience Certificate after my resignation even I had served my Notice Period and handed over my work assigned to me to the personreplacing me as per my Appointment Latter and Confirmation Latter....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
