The company has good working culture. I love the fact that I am a part of HR Team that the Directors directly interacts with employee for their work and other issues. We (Office colleagues) works happily in collaboration. Increment and Re-hire policy is good.

Dislikes

The major dislike about the company is that there is no induction training on joining and there is no readiness adopt latest technology and innovation. Suggestions most of the times are ruled out.
