I am working with Ratnaafin from last 2 years in contact center department as a telecaller. I have seen Ratnaafin grow as an organization in last 2 years very significantly. The Management and Leadership is very humble, supportive and provide growth at 360-degree level to an individual. I have also got a chance earn more incentives after getting good direction and knowledge through my reporting manager Mr. Krunal Sharma. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
