Work environment will be stressed and bit of politics involved somewhere. Training system shall has to improve for lower and middle layer working staffs/workers. Poor work- life balance and this needs to be a concern to work on to improve. Job security is also bad, bit of fear will always cre ated by management</mark>. Own innovations of staffs/workers could be implemented will give some improvement to the organisation.
