Career growth is very limited Job roles are not properly defined Very poor HR Management, who expects a series of follow ups for every single/small requirement. Collection of pay slips is terrible. It is not provided on monthly basis and they need explanation to collect your own pay slips. HR department checks regularly whether the e mployee has updated the profile on job sites like naukri etc.which is very very pathetic. Very arrogant HR manager, though being a lady, empathy level is below zero....Read More

Overall a good experience and learning but it's terrible to get anything from the HR Manager who is too arrogant and doesnot respect any of the employees

At the current movement, it's a good organisation to work. Appraisal was good compared to other owner based one's. Career growth will be based on performance and own involvement respect to self learning skills which will provide good future growth. Friendly teammates and co workers are extra benefits. Work environment will be stressed and bit of politics involved somewhere. Training system shall has to improve for lower and middle layer working staffs/workers. Poor work- life balance and this needs to be a concern to work on to improve. Job security is also bad, bit of fear will always created by management. Own innovations of sta ffs/workers could be implemented will give some improvement to the organisation. Attitude of some management staff need to be changed for better working environment. week off system need to look on for better health of workers....Read More
