Rathi hydro is a growing group today, there are a lot of things to built you definitely. There are positive approach to explain your knowledge. In future Rathi Hydro being a brand.

Dislikes

There are some deficiency with HR Policies just like salary increment, bonus, employees leave polices etc. The employer should take any strict action on these.

Management doesnot address our issues and there is too much legpulling in the company even fresher cannot survive there because everyone is there legpulling to eachother. And company can be terminate you anytime there is a no policy for staff worker. Only those can ratout they can survive there .
